Advance Excel – Formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS), data cleaning, sorting and filtering, Pivot Tables, charts, and dashboards
Basic Statistics – Average, median, percentage, growth, trends, and simple data interpretation
SQL (Database) – Creating databases, writing queries, filtering, grouping, joining tables, and extracting data
Power BI – Importing data, building interactive reports and dashboards, and sharing insights
Python for Data Analysis – Python basics, working with data using Pandas, and creating charts with Matplotlib
Data Visualisation – Choosing the right chart and presenting data clearly and professionally
AI for Data Analytics – Using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot to clean data, write Excel formulas and SQL queries, generate Python code, find patterns and summarise results. You also learn to check AI answers carefully before using them in real work.
Project Work – Real-life projects such as sales analysis, student result analysis and business dashboards
